About the Role:

As an Assistant Site Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of both Hasland School and our new site. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing facilities, and providing leadership and support to our dedicated team of staff.

Responsibilities:

Support the Site Manager in the efficient running of both school sites.
Assist in managing site facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and security.
Supervise site staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
Coordinate with school leadership to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Act as a point of contact for staff, students, and visitors regarding site-related issues.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting is desirable.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
A commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all members of the school community
