Gosforth Central Middle School is seeking to appoint a highly effective senior leader to join us as Deputy Headteacher. The successful candidate will play a huge part in accelerating the development of the school on our journey to excellent educational and pastoral provision.
Personal qualities such as passion, commitment and a can-do attitude is incumbent to the role. We are looking for an experienced professional who can demonstrate impact of strategic leadership, excellent management and a proven track record of success in raising standards. Assessment - developing vision, strategy for assessment across the school.
Data - further develop the effective use of attainment and progress data across all subjects, tracking
Pupil Premium – develop a strategy for the Pupil Premium plan including finance and data analysis
Academic intervention
Operational planning
Performance management
Parental engagement including pupil reports
