Working closely with the Service Supervisor, you'll also be running 2-3 of your own engineers who will carry out the MHC repairs, along with booking in services and arranging their workload to carry out the services.
With your excellent service controller and upselling skills, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving profitability.
