  • The effective management of both the Service and Repair managers across London.
  • Drive forwards best practice around safety to ensuring that this is at the forefront of what we do.
  • Be a strong leader, able to mentor, coach and develop your team.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, such as New Equipment, Modernisations and Sales to be able to map out opportunities and grow your region.

Key Requirements
  • Solid understanding of the lift industry, with knowledge around the management and development of an operational unit.
  • Good management experiencer able to manage a team of managers across operations and sales.
  • Business acumen with the ability to identify potential financial risks before they escalate too much.
