This position is ideal for a 180 recruiter who thrives on delivery, relationship management, and filling a variety of vacancies across different clients - from blue-collar to white-collar, and across permanent and temporary roles (with a stronger focus on perm). You'll be joining a supportive, high-performing team where you can develop your career at your own pace. For those interested in growing their business development skills, we'll provide full support, mentoring, and structured training to help you build confidence and move toward a 360 role in time. What We're Looking For Experience in recruitment within manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or industrial sectors (or similar technical environments). A strong focus on candidate delivery and client relationship management. Willingness to get involved in BD activity or develop 360 capability with guidance. Adaptable and resourceful – able to recruit for a wide range of roles across multiple clients. A collaborative, proactive, and results-driven approach.
