Join our Nuclear & Power Division, as a Civil Engineering Manager and play a pivotal role, creating spaces and places that matter. The Civils Engineering Manager is responsible for the civil engineering package of works for a given project. In this highly technical role, you'll lead from end-to-end on a broad range of projects, with plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself and support the development of your peers.
You will be based in our Bristol or Epsom office and will play a key part in maintaining and enhancing our track record and reputation for top quality engineering and building our reputation as a provider of choice for high end, complex plant and equipment and infrastructure delivery projects.
You will become part of an integrated multi-disciplined team shaping the future of the Energy industry by delivering world class projects. We’re recruiting specifically as our portfolio on the Sizewell C, SMRs, HPC and UKEA projects is increasing therefore an appetite to become involved in this exciting future Nuclear New Build project would be beneficial.

To be successful in this role, you should be a chartered engineer with demonstrable technical knowledge and experience within civil and structural engineering design and construction.
You will have experience in working with large scale projects and will be comfortable making engineering-based decisions with significant impact on engineering risk.
Strong commercial acumen and a firm grasp of the context and implications of engineering activities and decisions will also be necessary.
You will possess an innovative mind set, have a flexible approach, and have the capacity to deliver high quality work on a consistent basis in a demanding environment.
