Development & Bridging Finance Underwriter
Salary GBP38,000 - GBP40,000, plus excellent performance related bonus scheme
Hours: 9am 5pm, Monday - Friday
My client is a premier development finance and brokerage business, dedicated to supporting societies and driving the success of various projects through effective financial solutions. Our commitment is to provide exceptional service and customized financial products to meet the unique needs of our projects. To enhance our operations, we are in search of a specialised Underwriter in Development Finance and Bridging Finance to become an integral part of our team.
Specialised Expertise: Must possess substantial experience in both Development Finance and Bridging Finance.
Demonstrable experience in an Underwriting role within Development Finance and Bridging Finance sectors.
A sound head for figures and systems, predominantly excel.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
