Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic school community in Wolverhampton. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting students with a range of special educational needs, ensuring they receive the personalized assistance necessary for their academic and emotional success.
Provide tailored support to students with SEN, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
* Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans that address each student's specific requirements.
* Help cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
* Collaborate closely with SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Coordinators) and other staff to develop and implement personalized learning goals and interventions.
* Experience working with individuals with SEN, ideally in an educational environment.
* A genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs in their academic and social development.
* DBS registered on the Update Service.
