Senior Technical Designer (Office Interiors D&B)
£Windsor | Office based

In this role, you will provide invaluable assistance to the team, contributing to fast-paced and dynamic projects.

Production of comprehensive technical and construction packages for commercial workspaces, from Stages 4 and beyond.
Ensure compliance with national and local building codes, while collaborating with interior designers to establish productive work environments.
Develop innovative designs through material and concept research while considering budgets, materials, risks, and labour for project profitability.
Prepare and participate in client presentations during construction, with suggestions for budget-appropriate furniture and finishes.
The role also involves space planning, M&E concepts, lighting, finishes, and more.
Manage liaison with sub-contractor consultants, ensuring alignment with design intent and costs.

Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
~5+ years of experience in commercial office interiors is mandatory.
~ Full proficiency in AutoCAD.
~ Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
~ Confident at multitasking between various projects.
~ Proactive on site problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
