Job Title: Electrical Assembler

Our client is a leading expert in industrial automation, specialising in robotics and the aerospace sector. Based in the beautiful region of Dorset, they have established a world-class reputation for providing innovative solutions to complex industrial challenges. Our client is looking for inquisitive and detail-oriented Electrical Build Engineers to join their dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will support the next phase of their ambitious project delivery. Your responsibilities will include critically reviewing technical drawings and constructing high-quality, custom electromechanical automation systems, ensuring they meet specifications and adhere to strict safety standards.
As an Electrical Build Engineer, you will work closely with various departments and stakeholders, sharing your expertise and providing constructive feedback. Your main objective will be to accurately build and test electrical systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. This role also involves travelling to client sites for the installation of robotic automation systems across various sectors, including defence.
Review and interpret technical electrical drawings
Identify and resolve electrical faults
Travel to client sites for system installations
HNC in an electrical-focused discipline, electrical apprenticeship, or equivalent experience
Strong communication skills in written and verbal English
Proficient in reading and understanding technical electrical drawings
Proactive problem-solver with a good understanding of industrial systems, particularly safety systems
Full UK driving license
Willingness and ability to travel as needed
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
