Role Overview: Are you a charismatic go-getter with a passion for premium spirits? We're seeking an energetic Weekend Market Sales Specialist to join us in sharing our exceptional spirits at in-person events and markets during the weekends. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential customers, showcasing and selling our premium products with enthusiasm and expertise. - Deliver exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and sharing the stories behind our spirits. - Set up and dismantle our market stall before and after events, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. - Process transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale system. - Maintain a pristine and inviting stall environment throughout the event. - Safely transport products and equipment to and from events. What We're Seeking: - Outstanding communication skills and a friendly demeanour. - Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team. - Sales or customer service experience is advantageous, but not essential. - Genuine enthusiasm for premium spirits, especially rum, and a willingness to deepen your knowledge. - Valid UK driving license and vehicle and availability to work weekends.
