An excellent opportunity has arisen for a competent and highly organised Senior Receptionist to join this leading Surrey law firm.

Duties as follows:

  • To manage other receptionists across the firm in different locations in terms of organising rotas and identifying training requirements
  • To actively promote a professional work ethic
  • To meet and greet corporate clients both on the phone and face to face
  • To set up meeting rooms as required including organising refreshments/lunches
  • To liaise with clients and at Partner level with respect to arranging meetings
  • To manage all facilities procedures

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join this well established and prestigious law firm based in the heart of Surrey.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must, as is a sound work ethic.
