They are looking to grow their organisation by nurturing their people and hiring a qualified and established Business Development Manager.
Business Development Manager
This opportunity is about ensuring strong and sustainable customer and internal technical relationships, optimising key account activity, and developing a high level of service.
Critical to the success of this Business Development Manager – Consumer will be previous experience selling consultancy services into the Consumer Market, with a results-driven track record of delivery in service-led activities, whilst able to create sustainable relationships with key stakeholders, across site and channel.
They will have strong commercial acumen, and experience in developing revenue streams.
A proven track record in improving sales performance and implementing change.
# Focused on sales development, adding value, and consistently high service levels.
# A background in selling services and consultancy into packaging and consumer manufacturers is essential.
