Key Stage 1 Teacher

Location: Plymouth and SE Cornwall area Job Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive Reed is partnering with an outstanding primary school to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Key Stage 1 Teacher, starting in September 2024. making a difference in children’s lives. Day to Day of the role:

Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to Key Stage 1 pupils, ensuring a high level of learning and enjoyment. Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and coordinate lessons that align with the National Curriculum. Build strong, respectful relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and the wider community. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the well-being and academic growth of every student. Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and needs. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and familiarity with the current National Curriculum. A team player with a commitment to providing the best opportunities for children. A lifelong learner open to professional development and reflective practice. An effective communicator capable of fostering positive relationships with all school stakeholders. A belief in the potential of every pupil to succeed and a positive, energetic approach to teaching. Benefits:
