The Job:

- Lead the advancement and optimization of quality management systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Drive eco-friendly practices, helping the company achieve their goal of becoming carbon zero
- Spearhead continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and product quality in fabric printing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality practices throughout the product lifecycle, from design to production.
- Mentor and develop a team of quality professionals, promoting a proactive approach to quality and continuous improvement.

The Person:

- Proven experience in Quality Management within Printing / Textiles
- Strong understanding of quality systems and standards
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and engaging teams across the organization.
- A proactive, analytical thinker with a degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, augmented by relevant professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt).
