We are recruiting for a Commercial Account Handler to take responsibility for delivery of customer satisfaction to agreed service standards and procedures, ensuring full FCA compliance in all aspects of insurance. Mid Term Adjustments, Broking, Renewals, Cross sales, Claims, Queries Premium financing arrangements
Sales support including account broking
Liaison with Account Executives in all aspects of account handling
Ensure all business activity fully complies with FCA regulation and company procedures as detailed in the Operations and Compliance manuals – use checklists and support documentation as provided by the company to assist with demonstrating compliance.
Handle any complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Conduct learning, training and assessment exercises in accordance with the individual T&C scheme applicable to you. Building strong relationships with e.g. clients, prospects, insurers etc


Experience of working as an Account Handler in a similar broking and sales environment
Hours: Monday - Friday
Location: Stourbridge, Hybrid
