About the Role:
We are currently looking to strengthen our Consent and Communications team with a Senior Product Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring we have the necessary consent, data, and infrastructure to effectively communicate with our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Consent Management: Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our consent management system (OneTrust) to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Data Management: Ensuring the availability and accuracy of customer data required for effective communication campaigns.
- Communication Infrastructure: Managing our communication platforms (emarsys for marketing and iRecall for transactional) to optimize delivery and relevance.
- Customer Segmentation: Developing strategies to segment our customer base effectively, enabling targeted and personalized communication.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborating closely with marketing teams and other squads to align product goals and ensure seamless communication processes.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in product management, with a focus on data-driven decision making and customer-centric approaches.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Experience working with consent management and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and communicate with engineering teams.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
