You may have seen job titles like 360, 270 or 180 recruitment consultants, which show how much of the recruitment process you will cover, from Business Development, Account Management, Resourcing, Marketing, Admin and much more.

Have you ever thought that there is a better way of structuring a recruitment business and internal processes to leave you the time to purely focus on business development?

We have thought of that too, and that’s why you will have the following support from Day 1:

  • A marketing team working in the background to build your personal brand, generate leads and provide ongoing marketing support.
  • Admin, compliance, contracts, credit support (you know, all the boring admin stuff slowing you down).
  • A joined up approach from a delivery team to resource, fill and help manage your jobs. They are a luxury to have behind you. Unlike other agencies, you commission is not reduced by using them, they are paid separately.
  • The best technology in recruitment and a best in class desk & systems set up.
  • Ongoing training and implementing better ways of working.
  • Access to anything that will allow you to fill more jobs

Commission is high and success is celebrated. There is straight forward 25% commission for contractor placements and 20% for permanent hires.

Worried it takes several months to get going and grown your market area? No problem, there will be no threshold or financial targets for your first 6 months.

You will be a Recruitment Consultant focusing on business development. Previous proven experience within professional services recruitment with a successful track record would be great however if you have a sales related background that utilises; self-management, great interpersonal skills, drive and curiosity, then we can show you the rest.

All we ask from you, is to be driven, resilient and trust a continually improving process, and allow support and guidance from an experienced team.
