We are a contemporary British restaurant celebrating seasonal produce, creative cooking, and warm hospitality. Our kitchen takes pride in showcasing the best of British ingredients with a modern edge, and our front-of-house team delivers relaxed yet refined service. We're now looking for an experienced and driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team and help take the business to the next level.
As Assistant General Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to lead the daily operations of the restaurant. You'll inspire, develop, and motivate a passionate team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth service from open to close. Support the GM in managing all aspects of daily operations.
Lead and develop the front-of-house team with a focus on training, motivation, and progression.
Maintain the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and brand integrity.
Oversee reservations, guest relations, and floor management during service.
Manage financial targets, cost control, and budgets alongside the GM.
Assist with recruitment, scheduling, and staff performance reviews.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager, Senior Restaurant Manager, or similar in a quality restaurant.
Passionate about modern British cuisine and delivering exceptional hospitality.
A natural leader with strong communication and people-management skills.
