Are you an ICT Helpdesk Analyst looking for your next role?

We are currently looking for an ICT Helpdesk Analyst to join our IT team, who will act as the first point of contact for all requests requiring ICT support, advice, or resource.

As one of the ICT Helpdesk Analysts, you will ensure all issues are raised and logged within the ICT helpdesk system. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and managing 1st and 2nd line support calls to resolution.

What we'd ideally like you to have?

You must be able to manage competing priorities

Provide support and guidance to employees on a wide range of areas including:-

IT equipment

MS O365/Teams

IP Telephony

Other areas such as meeting room AV

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based operating systems, you will be able to support users in business applications, with a particular focus on MS Office 365

Similar ICT support experience, as well as an understanding in the fundamentals of cyber security

The ability to produce technical documentation and user guides
