A leading engineering consultancy specializing in the transformation of residential living spaces. As a member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and collaborate with talented professionals dedicated to excellence.
In this role, you will play a vital role in assisting clients throughout the entire process of residential projects, from initial structural assessments to overseeing new constructions. Design and Analysis: Utilize your expertise in structural engineering to design and analyze residential structures, ensuring they are safe, durable, and compliant with building codes and regulations
Project Management: Manage residential projects from conception to completion, including coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery
Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications for residential projects, documenting design decisions, calculations, and compliance with relevant standards
Oversee the construction phase of residential projects, conduct site visits, inspect workmanship, and addressing any structural issues or deviations from the approved plans
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
Experience in residential structural engineering
Proficiency in structural analysis software such as TeklaTedds, Tekla, CAD and Bluebeam
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to residential construction
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
