The Opportunity

Are you looking for a role where you can make a significant impact in public infrastructure? We're seeking a Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team, specialising in highways resurfacing projects.

In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of project and framework contract management, ensuring that our highways resurfacing projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

  • You'll collaborate closely with clients, manage project finances, and lead a dedicated team to meet and exceed contract expectations.
  • Your proactive approach will involve planning and forecasting, managing supply chains, and ensuring that all work adheres to strict safety and quality protocols.
  • You'll manage project contracts and framework agreements, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You'll lead a dedicated team of supervisors, planning their workloads and monitoring their progress. By providing guidance and support, you'll help them succeed in their roles and grow professionally.
  • Your role will be vital in driving continuous improvement and ensuring our projects not only meet but exceed expectations.
  • Safety is a top priority, and you will ensure that all work is carried out safely and in compliance with our integrated management system. Your commitment to safety and quality will be instrumental in protecting our team and the public
  • From ordering materials to managing equipment, you'll ensure everything is in place for smooth project execution. Your attention to detail will help balance costs and client value, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
