Job Title: Construction Manager - FRC Civil Projects Location: Exeter, United Kingdom Salary: £DOE Company Overview: We have an opportunity for a construction manager to join a growing business in Exeter to work on FRC Civil projects. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee FRC civil projects in the Exeter area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, particularly within the realm of FRC Civil projects. The ideal candidate will experience in programming and experience in buying would be a bonus. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Coordination 2. Team Leadership and Management 3. Quality Assurance and Compliance 4. Client Communication and Relationship Management 5. Cost Control and Budget Management Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager, preferably with a focus on FRC civil projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, particularly related to Fiber-Reinforced Concrete.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Certification in construction management or relevant field (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
