Brighton, with projects in and around London
My client is a leading retail, hospitality, and leisure fit-out company with a robust presence in and around London, is seeking a dynamic and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team based in Brighton.
Conducting cost estimates and budget preparation for retail, hospitality, and leisure fit-out projects.
Collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor and supplier agreements.
Monitoring project costs and implementing cost-control measures.
Producing regular financial reports for project stakeholders.
Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in quantity surveying within the retail, hospitality, or leisure fit-out sector is preferred but not essential.
Strong understanding of construction contracts and relevant legislation.
Proficiency in industry-related software and tools.
Exciting Projects: Work on diverse and innovative retail, hospitality, and leisure fit-out projects.
