Key Account Management Manager
We established Pareto Facilities Management to create the most service focused, customer centric, facilities management company in the UK.
Based from Home with Travel to sites
Contract Type : Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
You will be responsible for understanding their needs, ensuring their satisfaction and maximising the value they receive from our services. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client management.
Client Relationship Management: Account Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic account plans in collaboration with the operational team to achieve mutual business objectives and drive growth opportunities.
Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients and operational managers to understand goals, challenges and requirements, ensuring our services align with the client’s needs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing and operational delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and resolve issues promptly.
Negotiation: Take an active role in negotiations connected to contract development to secure favourable terms and conditions while balancing the needs of both parties.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KAM Plans to track account health, identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimisation.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and expansion within existing accounts to maximise revenue and profitability.
Proven track record of success in Account Management or business development roles.
Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive problem solver with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
