Facilities Helpdesk Manager

We are working with one of our most interesting clients to help them source a Facilities Assistant on a temporary basis, likely around 6 month, to help support their team through an important period. The role will be focusing on ad-hoc and planned duties helping across the wider facilities, workplace and estate teams with all facilities related tasks.

This position will suit someone with some experience in facilities management or even facilities administration.

Act as a first point of contact for internal staff and also contractors coming to site.

* Helping on the helpdesk

* Support with site walk arounds, fire drills and safety drills

* Dealing with contractors when on site and supervising them

* Monitor the facilities inbox.

* Complete documents for contractors coming and going on site.

* Attend general office requests

* Be a point of contact for facilities related issues on site.
