Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer - Bradford- Up to £46,000 DOE

CBW has a brand new opportunity for an experienced gas engineer to join a well-established FM company on a mobile basis. This role is covering the Bradford/Halifax region. Below are all the details on this fantastic position.

Key responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance of a wide range of commercial buildings within commercial gas.
  • Planned maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties.
  • Carry out reactive and emergency tasks and expected to complete all tasks using handheld technology effectively.
  • Self-delivery of smaller installations.
  • Electrical wiring of commercial boilers.
  • Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems.
  • Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment.
  • Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required.
  • Reactive and planned commercial maintenance.
  • Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationship.
Person specification:
  • Commercial GasSafe qualifications, COCN1/CODNCO1 minimum.
  • Good commercial gas maintenance knowledge.
  • Have experience of maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment: Including, boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, Batteries, small power and lighting (where applicable).
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
  • Extensive experience working within commercial environments.
  • Building services knowledge.
