Business development Manager - Recruitment Consultancy

ME1 3QX - Rochester, Kent - Hybrid

Monday to Friday 8.Coming into our 9th year of business, we are excited to be expanding and looking to drive our business forward by hiring a Business Development Manager.

Netbox Recruitment is proud to provide a fully project managed attraction programme to our clients combining an in-depth knowledge of their business's needs and organisational culture coupled with the latest technology and industry expertise. This role will be purely client focused as we are on the lookout for a proactive business development specialist to join our Recruitment team. This role is pivotal in securing new clients, identifying business opportunities, boosting brand visibility, and driving financial growth. As part of this sales role, you will work closely with the team, alongside the Director to design and execute our business development sales strategy.

We are in search of a talented, innovative, and ambitious individual who can bring fresh sales perspectives and strategies to our company.

This position offers substantial growth potential, including the chance to build and lead a business development sales team in the future, and to grow alongside the business as it implements its strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities for a Business Development Manager:

* Setting short, medium, and long-term business development sales objectives.

* Developing a strong pipeline of new clients and projects, with regular monthly and quarterly assessments.

* Enhancing and managing our CRM system.

* Promoting our temporary, contract, and permanent services to new clients.

* Reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, CRM, and marketing software.

* Presenting sales pitches to secure new business.

* Negotiating terms with new clients and exploring new business opportunities.

* Developing marketing materials to support business development.

* Achieving revenue targets from new client acquisitions.
