We are seeking a highly motivated Assembly Technician to join our dynamic start-up, ready to scale rapidly. Responsibilities: Conduct Detailed Inspections: Examine all components to ensure they meet strict quality criteria before assembly. Utilize precision measurement tools and inspection equipment to verify specifications. Assemble Products with Precision: Follow detailed electro-mechanical schematics and technical drawings to assemble complex products. Employ advanced techniques and specialized tools to ensure adherence to specifications. Perform Rigorous Quality Control: Implement quality control checks throughout assembly to assess functionality, durability, and cosmetic quality. Identify and address defects, conducting stress testing and performance evaluations. Manage and Optimize Inventory: Maintain an organized inventory system, tracking stock levels and forecasting needs. Coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering and replenishment of high-quality materials. Execute Comprehensive Product Testing: Conduct functional, stress, and environmental tests to verify product performance. Document test results and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Maintain Accurate Records: Document assembly processes, quality checks, and test results for traceability and improvement. Use computer systems for recording data and managing inventory. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with engineering, design, and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes. Provide feedback on product design and manufacturing, suggesting enhancements. Drive Process Improvements: Analyze and optimize assembly processes for efficiency and cost reductions. Implement best practices and support initiatives for process upgrades. Ensure Compliance with Safety and Regulatory Standards: Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, conducting regular safety audits. Participate in safety training and stay updated on industry regulations. Support Training and Development: Assist in training new technicians on procedures, quality standards, and safety practices. Share knowledge to enhance team skills and foster continuous learning.Qualifications: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Experience with assembling precision components. Strong manual dexterity and proficiency in using assembly tools and equipment. Ability to adapt to new technologies (training provided). Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Computer literacy for documentation and inventory management. Strong team player with a positive, professional attitude. Qualifications: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Experience in assembling Precision components. Strong manual dexterity and proficiency in using assembly tools and equipment. Ability to adapt and learn new technologies (training provided).
