Murex Application Architect - London - Financial Services - Permanent - (3 days office hybrid working) Our client, a leading financial markets and commodities bank based in the city of London is seeking a Murex Application Architect to join their dynamic Global Markets IT Technology team on a permanent basis.
This is a senior role within the GM IT technology team with the potential to expand to include wider management responsibilities. The Murex Application Architect will be primarily responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, documenting, reviewing and approving solutions for the Murex platform to cater for the various business and technical requirements.
Requirement gathering and impact analysis for change requests, projects and new product developments
Development and support for change requests, projects and new product developments through the development lifecycle
Engaging with the Technology Risk team to ensure solutions are aligned to the bank's standards and policies
Experience in a Murex Front Office environment
Reporting, Post trade workflows, Pre trade workflows, Front Office, GOM, Static Data, Market Data, Accounting, MRB/MRA, RTBS.
Previous business analysis and requirement gathering experience
Java, Groovy, shell scripting, REST APIs, XML/XLST, SQL, Excel
