SAP Consultant (Record to Report)

Reading- 3 days per week onsite in the office

c£90,000 + disc. bonus up to 15% + benefits

Working for a UK headquartered global manufacturing organisation, with operations stretching across Europe, Africa and Asia, we are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant who will own all technical solutions within our Record To Report domain. Primarily technology is 95% SAP based but may integrate with, or involve, other applications/systems within the R2R landscape which you will own.

This role will operate as the 'Solution Owner' for Record to report, and will be the single point of contact for business stakeholders. You will 'enable' and 'quality assure' technical solutions in your specific domain (R2R). The role will see you;

  • working with global process owners to create technical solutions from their requirements
  • be the translator between the business and technical vendors
  • working with technical vendors on quality assurance and project deliverables
  • providing conflict resolution between vendors and stakeholders
  • work with stakeholders on the 'art of the possible'
  • work on individual projects as an SME

Key skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Strong experience in SAP technologies including SAP S/4 Hana
  • Proven background in developing fit-for-purpose solution designs
  • Solid experience of translating business requirements into effective solutions using best-fit applications
  • Excellent experience of collaborating and working with vendors
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience at multiple levels
