Job Description

Location: London

Hybrid: 8 days in office a month

Industry: FMCG

Salary: Up to £105,000 (+ bonuses of up to 13% + £10k in car allowances)

My client is going through a major digital transformation across the FMCG industry. With over $20 billion in revenue each year, they are growing the team significantly and as part of this, are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join the business, as they look set to roll out a new digital platform globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a capabilities roadmap by deconstructing the current platforms into defined, reusable capabilities that can be built & maintained.
  • Advise international stakeholders to support and improve the usage of solution functionalities.
  • Support Technical Architects to develop detailed and complete functional specifications for uses cases
  • Work with technical teams to ensure technical debt reduction

Requirements:

  • Strong experience across architecture, specifically in rolling out projects globally
  • Expertise with NFRs and implementation of them
  • Working experience of Salesforce Service Cloud as well as Salesforce more broadly
  • Knowledge of Interaction Management tools ( Genesys , Amazon Connect or Twillio etc.)
  • Understanding of middleware like Mulesoft, Boomi etc.
  • Ideally designed solutions across SaaS applications, self-engineered applications and/or AWS applications
  • Expertise on modular/composable architecture, Evolutionary Architecture is beneficial.

What we are not looking for:

  • Salesforce Service Cloud Architects only - experience with SFSC is vital but we are looking for an individual with experience that is broader than just Service Cloud
  • Experience with only implementation projects - we are ideally looking for someone who has managed full end-to-end lifecycle projects on a global scale.
