One of our long-standing clients based in Livingston are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Credit Controller to join their dynamic team. As a leading provider in their industry, they are committed to delivering exceptional service and value to their clients and want someone to come on-board who shares this passion. As a Credit Controller, you will sit within the company's finance department and report directly to the Finance Manager. You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of the company's credit control function and support the finance manager with other duties when required. Maintaining and reconciling the sales ledgers and managing the invoice financing process.
Achieving monthly targets for invoice financing and sales ledger debt collection.
Assisting with daily bank reconciliation and month-end reports.
Hold or be studying towards an HNC/HND in accounting or business OR an ICM qualification.
Have previous experience working in a credit controller role.
Possess strong knowledge of Excel and experience with accounting software such as XERO.
