Our Delivery team is looking for a Lead PMO to support delivery within the UK's largest provider of Defence, providing support services for UK Public Sector. Optimisation/configuration/administration of PMO platforms, specifically JIRA/ Confluence and PowerBI
Effectively managing cross-functional teams, including subcontractor and third parties.
Contributing to future planning around PMO technology and platforms
Configuring and maintaining workflows, fields, permissions, screens, dashboards, notification and plug ins to support users.
Creating and maintaining custom dashboards and reports to track project progress and identify issues.
Training new users on PMO tools and platforms.
Creating training and support documentation.
Providing day-to-day support, administration, maintenance, monitoring and enhancement of PMO technologies and platforms
