Join UEL's Projects & Estates team as our new Programme Controls Assistant, providing vital programme support and directly enabling the Director of Projects & Estates Development to lead one of the university's most ambitious periods of change. About The Job We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Programme Controls Assistant to provide essential programme office support and direct executive support to the Director of Projects & Estates Development. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, managing information, working with data, and enabling senior leaders to operate effectively. Supporting programme controls through data collection, reporting and document management Preparing information for dashboards, monthly reports and governance packs Managing version control, deadlines, approvals and SharePoint structures Providing high-quality executive support to the Director, including diary coordination, meetings, papers and minutes Coordinating communications, logistics, onboarding and general office operations About You Experienced in supporting senior leaders or project/programme teams Highly organised with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and digital skills (Microsoft 365) Professional, discreet and confident managing sensitive information A collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach Experience in capital projects, construction or HE, plus skills in MS Project or Power BI, would be an advantage but not essential.
