This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £44.04, with the expectation of working full-time hours. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of 18-20 children, providing high-quality social work support. Conduct assessments and create care plans for children and families in need. Undertake edge of care work to support families and prevent the need for children to enter the care system. Collaborate with a supportive team manager and participate in ongoing training focused on systemic practice.
