Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Insolvency Practitioner. As an Insolvency Practitioner, you will be responsible for handling insolvency cases, managing liquidations, conducting investigations, and providing advice and guidance to clients. This is a hybrid role, meaning that you will be based in our Sheffield office but with the flexibility to work remotely. This role offers the opportunity to secure a position on their Board of Directors.

Qualifications

• Proficient in insolvency procedures and regulations
• Experience in handling insolvency cases and managing liquidations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles
• A relevant professional certification or qualification (e.g. CPI, ACA, ACCA) is preferred
• You must be a licensed IP in order to take meetings and instructions.
