Extra Care Registered Manager

The Role:

Are you passionate about making a difference in peoples lives? As the Extra Care Registered Manager , youll lead and manage high-quality care services across two locations in the beautiful New Forest. Your role will involve ensuring that our customers receive top-notch care while supporting their independence in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across both sites, ensuring exceptional care delivery within budget.
  • Provide strong leadership to your team, helping them excel in their roles.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory care standards.

About You: Were looking for someone with:

  • Experience in leading social care teams and delivering excellent services.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commercial mindset.
  • A passion for making a positive impact in the care sector.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or a willingness to work towards it).
  • A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
