We have a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading company in their niche sector as an Account Manager.The position is offered on a permanent basis working a hybrid arrangement of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
You will be joining a team that are led by a warm, friendly and hands on manager, who is supported by an experienced Head.They enjoy getting together as a whole team, for team building outings, coaching and office collaboration.
In your new role as Account Manager with this busy team, you will be required to respond quickly and effectively to new and existing customer queries, providing solutions, advice, and quotations.
As Account Manager, this is a vital role acting as a primary point of contact for a broad spectrum of clients, developing, and maintaining long term relationships and ensuring customers always receive exceptional customer service.
Your key responsibilities will be:Handling all communications by phone and emailPreparing client reportsParticipating and attending client meetingsManaging all works on a CRM systemAllocating tasks to internal and external teams, through to completionCoordinating servicesEnsuring customers projects are delivered on time and compliant with the customers insurance requirementsProactively liaising with customers and review, assessing and following-up any outstanding proposals or quotations.Collaborating with New Sales Team to identify and grow new opportunitiesSpot and develop opportunities with customers
To thrive in the role of Account ManagerAccount Management experience already will be advantageous to your applicationProven experience of handling inbound and outbound callsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently without instructionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational and prioritisation skillsExperience of CRM software and MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).If you are seeking a busy Account Manager role, where no two days will pan out the same and a great place to work with a genuinely good bunch of people, look no further than this opportunity.
