Are you an experienced Internal Sales Manager looking for a new challenge? This newly created position offers stacks of variety and would suit someone who is flexible, organised, and proactive in nature.
As Internal Sales Manager, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring the internal sales team are delivering to targets on a day-to-day level. Wider duties include improving the sales order processes, managing suppliers, and working alongside the stores team. Package & Hours: Competitive Salary depending on experience. 22 days holiday + bank holidays. 8:00am 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 4:00pm finish on a Friday. This Internal Sales Manager job will suit:
An organised individual who comes from an Internal Sales Management, or possibly a Sales Coordinator, background.

The Internal Sales Manager job will involve:
Managing the day-to-day deliverables of the internal sales team and reporting to the Managing Director.
Working closely with the stores team to monitor stock and ensure sales orders are delivered to schedule.
Organising and triaging the sales email account to help improve the order process.
Training and developing staff where required. The team are largely experienced so this will involve more upskilling than training new staff.
