The role will involve planning, implementing, and monitoring social media strategy to increase brand awareness, enhance marketing efforts, and boost sales. Monitor the firm's social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency across all messages.
· Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights on key performance metrics to identify trends, and potential opportunities.
· Assist with creating engaging digital content that resonates with our target audiences and promotes our brand.
· Support the Marketing Manager with the administration of onboarding function for new clients.
· Support the Marketing Manager with preparing proposals and tender documents for potential new clients and following up for feedback as necessary.
· Assist Marketing Manager as required with creating and editing marketing materials for a variety of online and offline campaigns.
· Assist in planning marketing events, webinars, or conferences.

Recognised qualification in Marketing is essential and previous experience in digital marketing, content writing and social media account management.
· Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics and online analytics, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques.
· Expertise in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Any additional experience of Turtl, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, Hootsuite, and WordPress would be beneficial.
