As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Salesforce platform team and contributing to the success of their vision.
You'll be responsible for managing user access, performing administrative tasks, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize our Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of professionals and help drive positive change in the facilities services industry.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a desire to learn and progress within the Salesforce eco-system, as the client prioritise Salesforce training and development.
This role will be predominately remote - with occasional travel to either their London or Ipswich office.
Provide day-to-day support for user access and accessibility requests on Salesforce platforms.
Work closely with the senior Administrator, who will delegate tasks and provide mentorship and training.
Escalate issues to senior team members when necessary.
Salesforce Administration Certification (Sales Cloud & Platform App Builder desired).
~ Strong understanding of Salesforce user management principles.
~3+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
~ Proven track record of teamwork and collaboration, fantastic at building rapport.
~ Energetic approach to work and a desire to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.
