Graduate Engineer

Quality Assurance Engineer .
Utilize risk-based and predictive statistical data analysis to spearhead product and process quality enhancements, ensuring sustainable corrective actions and preventative measures are in place.
Lead cross-functional quality improvement events to champion Lean Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve quality issues throughout the product lifecycle.
Implement efficient and effective inspection and testing protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage supplier quality engineering investigations and development events, with projected travel involved.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Quality Assurance preferred, or equivalent experience.
Extensive experience in the medical device/IVD regulated industry, with knowledge of ISO13485/FDA QSR Part 820 requirements.
Proficiency in complex root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Strong skills in predictive statistical data analysis and Lean Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Willingness to travel approximately 25%, including UK, European, and international locations.
