Are you a senior mechanical engineer looking for a new opportunity? We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join and lead a team using modern engineering skills and design methods. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will ensure that essential services are delivered to London and the surrounding areas now and in the future. What you’ll be doing as a Senior Mechanical Engineer
# Get the proper technical outcomes from the Project Definition Briefs and maximise value by understanding risks and providing mitigation.
# Input and continuously improve Technical Asset Standards.
# Provide Design sign-off between Asset Management and Capital Delivery as the Delivery Stream dictates.
# Provide Technical assurance during the delivery, commissioning, and handover of Assets. Hybrid - Hampton Coal Wharf. The successful applicant will be expected to spend at least six days a month either in our Hampton Head Office or on-site.

Successful candidates must have access to a car and hold a driving licence. We are open to part-time and full-time applicants for this role thirty-six hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Engineering HNC or HND / Degree with an operational or delivery background.
Skills in Mechanical Engineering.
Fully competent at using the appropriate Company IT systems and Office software.
Competitive salary from £45,000 to £68,000 per annum.
Twenty-six days holiday per year, increasing to 30 days per year, with the length of service. (Plus bank holidays)
Contributory pension – Defined Contribution - Maximum of 12% -2x employee contribution.
