‍⚖️ The Role:
We’re on the hunt for Court of Protection lawyers from 0-12 years PQE to join our clients dynamic teams. Specialising in the property and finance side of things, you’ll be the guardian of their clients’ financial well-being, expertly managing:
• Deputyship applications and ongoing matters.
• Managing and protecting property assets, ensuring every penny and brick is accounted for.
• Drafting statutory wills and dealing with those tricky financial disputes.
• Offering sage advice on capacity issues, care home fees, and all things money-related.

You’ll work with vulnerable individuals, their families, and sometimes the courts themselves, wielding your legal know-how and financial finesse to protect what matters most.

️‍♂️ You:
• Have a passion for people and problem-solving.
• Can translate “legalese” into plain, human-friendly English (bonus points for a touch of charm).
• Are a financial wizard, with an eye for detail and a love of Excel.
• Are a qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience in Court of Protection work
• Experienced in supervising more junior members of the team and supporting with business development
