Position: Head of Engineering Location: North Yorkshire Salary: Up to £110,000 + comprehensive benefits package

About Us: Our client takes pride in being a trailblazer in the food manufacturing sector. With a commitment to quality and innovation, they've established themselves as a leader in their product market. Now, we're on the lookout for an experienced, results-driven Head of Engineering to spearhead Engineering on site and continue their tradition of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee day-to-day operation of the Engineering Department.
  2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
  3. Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to achieve set goals.
  4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and high company safety and compliance standards.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in food manufacturing is an absolute must. Strong leadership skills with a track record of successful team management. In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
