Essential : Knowledge of AutoCAD and experience working on F&B projects.

We are seeking a confident and creative MW/Senior Interior Designer (F&B) to join a well-established Birmingham-based design studio. The ideal candidate will be an experienced designer who can offer guidance and inspiration for new projects and develop projects for existing clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conceptualizing and implementing new concepts, guidelines, and strategies for various creative projects, and overseeing them to completion
  • Collaborating with the wider creative teams
  • Directing and motivating interior design teams to make effective use of their talents
  • Leading brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
  • Assuming a senior design role when necessary to meet client expectations
  • Reviewing content and presentations, approving/rejecting ideas, and providing feedback to the team
  • Guiding and training team members on their journey to becoming accomplished professionals

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as an interior designer or in a similar creative role
  • Hands-on experience in the creative process, developing brands and interiors across international markets
  • Excellent knowledge of industry-standard software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and AutoCAD
  • Graduate-level qualification in interior design or a relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualifications will be considered an asset
  • An impressive portfolio demonstrating expertise in new concepts in the hospitality and leisure sector
