Due to continued growth our client is on the lookout for an experienced Estates Valuer to join their talented Property Team. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills and will be taking full account for the whole Property Valuation process. Monitor a range of high value property portfolios and manage the optimisation process
Ensure the valuation process for commercial properties runs smoothly
Review a range of data through various platforms, including interpreting of financial data to ensure minimal cost to the business
Experience managing a commercial property or estates portfolio
Excellent analysis skills with good attention to detail
We supply a diverse range of sectors including Engineering, Technology, Professional Services, Languages, Sales & Marketing, Call Centres, Commercial, Manufacturing, Local Authority, NHS, Education and Voluntary organisations. Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
