Working in a hybrid model, there are multiple office locations across England and Scotland to work from. Responsibilities

  • Manage an existing Pensions Corporate Client Portfolio
  • Provide strategic, quality, consulting advice and direction to clients.
  • Develop and retain 95% of your portfolios of existing company clients to meet - or exceed - agreed targets.
  • Promote and deliver high quality service and advice
  • Generate new business opportunities for specialists within other areas of the group
  • Be responsible for ensuring that all business that you are responsible for meets the quality and standards set by the company
  • Proactively keep up to date with industry knowledge and expertise, and engage with the ongoing learning and skills development activities made available to you.
Background skills:
  • Previous experience working within a Pensions or Wealth management / consultancy role.
  • Project management skills
  • Experienced in identifying business / client needs and aligning products to provide strategic solutions for the clients.
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisation skill.
  • Willing to travel on occasion.
Personal qualities:
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • Ability to take ownership of workload and manage this effectively.
  • Making personal investment to achieve business, personal and career goals.
  • Flexible and committed to get things done
Qualifications
  • A diploma in Pensions is desirable, such as CF4 or IFa, or demonstrate that you are working towards them.
  • Clean driving licence
