We are seeking a dynamic and opinionated Senior Tech Lead to join our team. As a key player, you will not only be responsible for executing complex technical projects but also for instilling best practices and driving excellence within our development team. If you are a passionate technologist with a strong voice, a track record of successful project delivery, and a knack for leading by example, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Leadership:

    • Lead and guide the development team through the entire software development lifecycle.
    • Provide technical direction, make high-level design decisions, and ensure the team adheres to best practices.

  2. Project Execution:

    • Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  3. Team Development:

    • Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    • Instill a sense of accountability, quality, and ownership within the team.

  4. Best Practice Implementation:

    • Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.
    • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.

  5. Technology Evaluation:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
    • Evaluate and recommend new technologies that align with business goals.

  6. Communication and Collaboration:

    • Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

  7. Opinionated Leadership:

    • Bring a strong voice and opinion to technical discussions, challenging the status quo when necessary.
    • Advocate for technology decisions that align with the company's long-term vision.
